Megadeth played Rogers Place on February 21 as part of their 2026 Canadian tour, with Anthrax and Exodus opening. Exodus started the night with material mostly drawn from their early catalog, including “Bonded by Blood” and “The Toxic Waltz,” keeping the focus on classic-era songs. Anthrax followed with tracks such as “Caught in a Mosh” and “Indians,” along with other songs from Among the Living and late-1980s releases that are common in their live shows. Megadeth closed the night with an 18-song headline set covering multiple periods of their discography. The performance included “Hangar 18,” “Symphony of Destruction,” “Peace Sells,” “Tornado of Souls,” and ended with “Holy Wars… The Punishment Due.” A large portion of the set came from Rust in Peace and Countdown to Extinction, along with later material. It was also nice to see VIP guests watching from side stage during the show. It’s a pretty cool way for fans to get a different experience and be closer to the performance. The Edmonton performance was one stop on Megadeth’s 2026 Canadian tour run with Anthrax and Exodus. MegadethAnthraxExodus
