You couldn’t help but “Fall In Love,” with Bailey Zimmerman at Roger’s Place Saturday night.
It’s hard to believe the Louisville native is only twenty-six years as he commands the stage like a
season entertainer. From the moment he kicked his set off entering the sold out arena on a
rope swing flanked by pyro to the very last note he had the crowd in the palm his hand, with
many fans standing and singing along the entire set.

The pop country artist opened the show with his hit “Backup Plan,” and kept the energy up the
entire night, even during ballads, BZ as he’s often referred to, brought unmatched passion to
the set, running around the stage and interacting with fans constantly. Extensive lighting
effects, pyrotechnics, video production and a band that matched the stars energy added to the
evening.

At one he even hopped into the crowd to make his way to the B-stage at the far end of the
arena, leaving a frenzy as he made his way. One of the highlights of the night was his cover of
Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb,” when the lit up their cellphones while they sang along.

Zimmerman ended the night with his multi-platinum hit “Rock and a Hard Place,” clad in an
Oilers jersey that he had been gifted earlier in the evening, prompting the roaring crowd to
cheer even louder.

Openers Blake Whiten and Hudson Westbrook held their own to kick off the night before Bailey
Zimmerman brought each back out during his set.
